The Szencorp website is most probably the definitive example of setting out to achieve challenging resource efficiency targets, hitting (or exceeding) targets and being in a position to document what worked, what didn't so much and what else could be done. As an exercise in openess and sharing technical and practical processes and outcomes it's hard to fault. Live access to the Building Management System, copies of extensive third party audits and reports make the experience richer. For many this is an aspirational exposition of what's possible. Most users of the site will gain motivation to take the first of many steps toward a smaller resource footprint.
