Maintain your outdoor spaces sustainably

Maintaining gardens and grounds can be costly, time consuming and resource intensive – but it doesn't have to be.

Tourism Excellence’s downloadable factsheet offers tips and advice to help your business minimise water consumption outdoors, use garden materials productively and reduce costs.

The factsheet covers:

  • reducing water use
  • collecting rainwater

Reviews and Comments

This is easy to read and covers basic information on planning your garden to reduce water use. It includes basic information on collecting & storing water and recycling grey water. I liked the section on making the most of green waste rather than sending it to landfill.
