This a good 'beginning context' document for those who have only recently turned their attention to climate change and resource efficiency. Context about the ETS, indirect cost increases for food, power and landfill will provide good background on how an accommodation provider's cost base will move and why. If your business has already done many of the 'low hanging fruit' type actions (addressing lighting, waste stream, airconditional and water efficiencies) then the points about marketing angles may be of additional value to your business.
