Why has Carbon Compass been developed?

Victorian industry accounts for more than 40 per cent of the state’s carbon footprint. With 99 per cent being made up of small and medium-sized businesses (less than 100 employees), Carbon Compass has been developed as a dedicated resource to help these businesses reduce their environmental impact.
