We set up The Gaia Partnership two years as there was a gap in the market that as offering environmental advice.
All audits seemed to look backwards.
And all other marketing carbon emissions calculations are based on a average approximation related to total spend.
Gaia have developed a forward looking system that helps advertisers understand the emissions for the various media channels. The CO2counter.
The CO2counter measures carbon emissions in all marketing communications.
So we are now able to understand the output of our endeavors and add this to the list of considerations in planning of media channels and development of ideas.

The CO2counter on-line tool allows others to benchmark and measure their carbon reduction strategies in a consistent and verified manner.
At Gaia when it comes to carbon reduction within our organisation we practice what we preach. Public transport is used unless it is not possible.
