Schatzi's cafe Restaurant seats 40 people. It is situated in the Macedon Ranges.

Sustainable business practices

Give food scraps to local chicken farmers as chicken food. This reduces land fill and also reduces weight of rubbish bags. Our oil goes to a local resident who converts the old oil to fuel for his car. We reycle all glass plastic and paper. We use recycled products.
